Returns & refunds
As a small business owner I pride myself on my products and service, and am committed to delivering quality items for your dog. My products are handmade with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me via email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to request an exchange or refund, stating the reason along with your order number.
Goods should be returned in unworn, saleable condition. Items which have been washed, worn or damaged through wear and tear or lack of supervision (eg chewed dog leads) will not be accepted.
I’m sorry, but returns will not be accepted on made to measure paracord collars and other custom orders unless the item is faulty. Please be sure to measure your dog’s collar size carefully. Use my measuring guide and if in any doubt, contact me and I will help choose the right size for your dog.
Toys should be enjoyed under supervision – every dog is different and some are tough chewers, others like to shred the stuffing out of their toys (I’m looking at you, terriers!) No toy is indestructible and returns will not be accepted on wear and tear through normal play behaviour.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Once your return item is recieved, you will be notified by email and advised if the refund/exchange is approved for process. Exchanges will be dealt with under usual dispatch times (3-5 days see FAQs for more detail). Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that refunds do not include original postal charges.
Items discounted on sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
