Information we collect

When you make a purchase, make an enquiry via the contact form, or sign up for our newsletter we record personal information such as identity (your name & title) and contact details. (billing and delivery address, email, telephone).

Your financial data (bank and payment card details) are processed via PayPal.

We only collect information that helps us complete your order or answer your query. We will keep your information for as long as is needed and only for legitimate business activities.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties (with the exemption of law enforcement agencies in connection with investigations to help prevent unlawful activity.)

Your name and email address will be added to the newsletter mailing list when you sign up (request to join) and/or make an online purchase.Those details will be recorded and processed by a third party email automation service. We use safe, reliable, GDPR compliant services. You will be offered the opportunity to unsubscribe with each newsletter email, or you can contact us at any time to withdraw your consent to receive emails.
