Hello! I’m Julie, the human behind Fur Babies dog accessories & bakery.
Confession: I’m obsessed with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Big, small, scruffy or slobbery. I love them all!
My own fur baby is a 34 kg brindle bobtail boxer called Bosun. You can follow us on Instagram and Twitter where I regularly share photos of our adventures together. He occasionaly features in the blog too!
I started Fur Babies as a way to combine my love of dogs with my need for a creative outlet. I’ve always enjoyed making things and studied graphic design at University but my career took a different turn. After 14 years working for the police I took a U-Turn for myself, deciding to start my own business and finally get a dog of my own!
Because I understand that your pet is a valued family member, all my products are handmade with the care and attention they deserve! Custom orders are always welcome – If there is something I can do for you, just ask!

Fur Babies Dog Bakery
Because your fur-baby deserves the best, I only use human grade ingredients for all cakes and treats. I use British meat, organic eggs and nothing mysterious – you will recognise everything on the ingredients list and I am licenced by APHA (animal & plant health agency) to produce pet foods.
For special occasions order a personalised celebration cake, freshly baked especially for your dogs birthday, finished with a delicious organic blackstrap molasses glaze!

Stall exclusives
I love holding stalls at various markets, dog shows and events in and around Bristol & Bath – it gives me a chance to talk directly to my customers, find out what they want and of course, meet their lovely dogs!
I often have limited edition items or stall exclusives available on the day, along with my range of freshly baked dog treats including my most popular Big Bacon Bones!
